Mr Thomas Guss, the General Manager of the Shangri-La, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi ,stated: “As a destination for people to visit from all around the world we always try and share the true essence of Arabic culture, and embrace our arabesque style.

We can’t wait to have a special group like Al Ghadeer UAE Crafts at this monumental time of year. It’s going to be a celebration of culture from Wednesday to Sunday, and we’re honoured to be hosting”.

Established in 2006, Al Ghadeer UAE Crafts have helped women earn a source of income for over a decade, by offering UAE craftswomen training, supplies and services. In addition, Al Ghadeer UAE Crafts have pioneered the preservation of traditional crafts that are a part of the UAE’s artistic heritage.
