ABU DHABI, 12th January, 2017 (WAM) — Martyrs’ Families’ Affairs Office of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince said that the UAE’s citizens have offered numerous sacrifices in various fields, setting an example in humanitarian work.
Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Director of The Martyrs’ Families’ Affairs Office, offered his sincere condolences to the UAE leadership and the families of the martyrs who lost their lives while they were engaged in humanitarian work. He expressed his pride at these sacrifices that have made the country a role model internationally in humanitarian work.
He added that the UAE’s martyrs reflected the beliefs of the country to preserve its values and enforce its position as a model nation in terms of humanitarian work.
The Martyrs Families Affairs Office was established upon the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to support the families of martyrs.
