King of Morocco receives credentials of UAE Ambassador

MARRAKESH, 10th January, 2017 (WAM) — His Majesty Mohammed VI, King of Morocco has received the credentials of Suhail Mattar Al Ketbi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the UAE to Morocco.

During the meeting, held at the Royal Palace in Marrakesh, Al Ketbi conveyed the greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to King Mohammed VI.

The UAE diplomat confirmed the strong relations between the UAE and Morocco and the importance of boosting cooperation in various domains, as well as enhancing ties between the two peoples.

The Moroccan King asked the UAE Ambassador to convey his greetings in turn to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, as well as his wishes for good health and happiness for them and further progress, growth and prosperity for the UAE.

During the meeting, the King of Morocco said that he looks forward to enhancing cooperation between the two fraternal countries in all spheres. He also lauded the level of relations between the two countries which will witness a quantum leap in the coming stage.
