Khalifa Humanitarian Foundation sends ambulance vehicles to Myanmar

Abu Dhabi: In line with the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan to provide emergency aid to the displaced Muslims in Myanmar in the wake of the bloody atrocities against Rohingya Muslims, the Khalifa Bin Zayed Humanitarian Foundation has sent a relief team to Myanmar to organise humanitarian works there.

The team, in collaboration with the Kuwaiti embassy in Myanmar, has started relief operations which included distribution of essential food and other supplies.

The KZHF also bought three ambulance vehicles for emergency evacuations as thousands of Muslims were either injured or killed by communal elements in Myanmar.
