ABU DHABI, 27th October, 2016 (WAM) — The eighth edition of the International Real Estate and Investment Show, IREIS 2016, will kick off on today, Thursday, 27th October, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, ADNEC.
Drawing the participation of more than 125 exhibitors from 25 countries, as well as over 11,000 regular, private and institutional investors, end-users, developers, and real estate brokers, the three-day event aims to spotlight the latest investment opportunities in the real estate sector across the Middle East, Europe and the Asia Pacific regions.
Antoine Georges, Managing Director of DOME Exhibitions, organisers of the event, said, “IREIS 2016 is an interactive platform designed to engage and provide participants with an in-depth look into all relevant topics focused on real estate investment. The diversity of speaker profiles and their perspectives that will be presented in the conference make it a unique opportunity to track up-to-date market trends, especially for those keen on learning the benefits of visa-free travel and diverse second citizenship and residency options.”
In addition to the pavilion highlighting overseas investor citizenship and migration programmes from different countries, IREIS 2016 will also include dedicated country pavilions of Spain and Pakistan. The Spanish pavilion will feature major developers from Spain spotlighting an extensive range of high-end investment opportunities within bespoke and increasingly popular areas.
The show is also hosting the second Pakistan Property Exhibition, highlighting key real estate investment opportunities in Pakistan and facilitating investments of UAE-based non-resident Pakistanis, NRPs, in the real estate market in their home country.
