UAE Ambassador presents credentials to President of Austria

VIENNA, 31st January, 2017 (WAM)–UAE Ambassador to Austria, Hamad Al Kaabi, has presented his credentials to President of Austria, Alexander Van der Bellen, at the Hofburg Presidential Palace in the Austrian capital, Vienna.

Ambassador Al Kaabi conveyed during the meeting, the regards of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The Austrian President asked Ambassador Al Kaabi to convey his greetings to the UAE President , the UAE Vice President and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.

He wished the UAE envoy success in his mission to further strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries, stressing the readiness of his government to provide all support to facilitate the task of the ambassador.

The President of Austria praised the UAE’s humanitarian role and its sound approach in supporting development.

They also discussed areas of cooperation between the UAE and Austria, and ways to develop them.

Ambassador Al Kaabi expressed his pride to represent the UAE in Austria, which enjoys friendship and close relations with the UAE. He said he looks forward to strengthening cooperation and partnership between the two countries.
