AJMAN, 23rd January, 2016 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has praised the Ajman Land and Property Department’s Customer Service Centre on being rated “five stars” as per the global star rating system of the government customer service centres.
He appreciated the efforts of the work team and the employees for their improved performance, and thus qualifying to the classification of five stars.
The Ruler of Ajman made the remarks at Emiri Court, while receiving the delegation of the Department headed by Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, and Hareb Al Aryani, Director-General of the Department.
He lauded the proposal of Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on the rating of the customer service centres to upgrade performance at the public departments.
Sheikh Humaid noted that attaining excellence establishes a general culture of competition among the staff, inspiring them to provide better services to clients.
