Dubai Crown Prince issues executive orders General August 31, 20120 Dubai: Crown Prince of Dubai HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as the chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, has issued five executive orders, each relating to the Community Development Authority, use of treated wastewater for agricultural irrigation in the Emirate of Dubai, formation of the Senate of the Dubai School of Government and the appointment of the Deputy Director General of Dubai Municipality. Order No. 20/2012 ratified the organisational structure of the Dubai Community Development Authority and specified the prerogatives of its Director General. Order No.21/2012 fixed the fee for the use of treated wastewater for agricultural irrigation at 2.5 Fils/Per Sq.Metre. Order No. 22/2012 formed the Senate of the Dubai School of Government with Dr. Anwar Mohammed Gragash as its chairman and Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Sultan Saeed Al Mansouri, Humaid Mohammed Al Qatami, Tariq Hilal Lootah, Qadhi Sayyid Maroushid, Ahmed Abdullah Bin Bayat, Omer Abdullah Al Futaim and Abdullah Majid Al Ghurair as members. The senate will have a renewable tenure of three years. Order No. 23/2012 appointed Eissa Al Haj Khadem Batti Al Maydoor deputy chairman of the Dubai Municipality and Order No. 24/2012 specified his housing benefits.
