Ajman Quran website launched

Ajman: Muslims can easily browse and down load the Holy Quran in Arabic and English thanks to a new website (Ajman Quran) launched by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department.

”Our prime goal is to educate Muslim generations about teaching and values of the Holy Book of Allah,” Sheikh Rashid said, adding that on-line Quran was modeled on the holy book of Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The team, he said, took more than two months to design and develop the website.

He noted that the website saw a record 37,000 downloads in a short span of time, prompting Apple Company to place it among the most popular websites.
