3rd Annual GCC Pharmacy Congress to begin next week in Dubai

DUBAI, 25th October, 2016 (WAM) — The 3rd Annual GCC Pharmacy Congress is set to begin next week in Dubai, with the support of the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention and the participation of Dr. Amin Al Amiri, Asstistant Under-Secretary of Public Health Policy and Licensing Sector at the Health Ministry of Health and Prevention.

The congress will also be held in collaboration with the Al Ain University, Al Qassimi Hospital, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, Bahrain Medical Society, Dubai Pharmacy College, Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Oman Pharmaceutical Society, Oman Pharmacy Institute, Ministry of Health, and the University of Sharjah. It is organised by Maarefah Management, a worldwide event services company.

This year, the platform of the GCC Pharmacy Congress will gather experts from local and regional health authorities. Among the distinguished speakers will be Dr. Fatima Al Braiki, Group Pharmaceutical Director, SEHA Corporate, Dr. Ashraf Ismail, Managing Director Middle East, Joint Commission International, Dr. Faris Al Masri, Corporate Clinical Integration Administrative Partner, Corporate Medical Division, SEHA Corporate, and Dr. Osama Tabbara, Senior Director of Pharmacy, Cleveland Clinic, Abu Dhabi.
